Default Boost Guage Question

Is the stock boost guage connected to a vacuum line or is it just an electrical device?

The gauge itself is driven electrically by the KLR. The KLR has a nylon line feeding the boost/vacuum signal. It's the small line running from the intake manifold that connects via the banjo bolt between the #3 and #4 runners.
