Default Hard Pipe/TPS/Water Pipe Clearence Issue : SOLVED

So this was a non issue when I was running a stock 951 tps, but since the new bracket/tps was installed it has become an issue again. Basically the three of them interfer with each other and I need to figure out a way to route the water piping to the turbo. Any suggestions minus "route it over the intercooler pipe" or "Build an aluminum tank with AN fittings" are welcome.

I ran into the same problem, when I put the Tec3 on my car. It can be done, I spent at least an hour trying to get everything lined up just right. I may have bent my waterpipe a little, plus I used the brass fittings that have been posted about many times to push it out farther from the center section.

I routed mine under everything. No clearance issues.

You're also using factory management and a smaller turbo than me (or so it appears). Makes a bit of a difference.

If your turbo's cold side house is larger then mine I would certainly like to know how you got it to fit under the stock intake. I had to grind mine down quite a bit to fit the 60-1 hifi under it. Looking at your 2nd pic it looks as though you have enough room to run it between the engine and turbo like mine.

My turbo came pre-ground.

The 60-1 compressor housing is a little bit smaller then the T04E housing. All those parts fit fine on my car with the 60-1. It wasn't until I tried to put it on the Vitesse T04E that I had them same trouble Mike is having now.

I've had three T04E's on this car with the same setup btw. The funny thing is those my T04E's were all Huntley turbos and all three were slightly different in fit and size.

I ended up biting the bullet and trying to do it eniac's route, but well I couldnt do it exactly like that. I remembered I had some preformed hose around and played with a bunch of different combos. I ended up with one I liked about an hour ago. It keeps the temp sensor in an almost stock place and allows for neat routing of the coolant lines:
