Default Brights intermittently flash on by themselves

When my lights are on at night, the brights intermittently flash on and then back off as though I pulled the light-switch back towards the steering wheel. It's worse when I have a blinker on (either side).

I think it is because there is something loose in the switch mechanism. I'm wondering - before I start trying to fix it - if this is a common problem with a common fix?

Thanks in advance for any posts sharing usefull knowledge.
Regards,
Carlos

I am not sure what you are trying to say. Are you saying when you pull the light lever toward you the high beams come on and when you let go they turn off. If thats happening, thats suposed to happen. To keep the high beems on push the light lever forward and to turn them off pull the lever toward you.

Is it related to hitting rough road/bump ? To be sure something is loose, bad connection, relay contacts maybe.
