okay, it seems the AIR splitter is only $200. how did you make it for less than that including the mold? hmm.

k. i'll start with the mold this weekend. I promised a couple ppl i'd make some and plus my 968 needs one too... so i'll be doing a small run. it'll be a copy of the AIR splitter except it'll be a bit thinner so that it doesn't scrape on the ground as much.

rich; would it be okay if i ask some of the local 951 guys if they'd also like one? i'm thinking it would be cheaper to make more at a run. if it's a hassle, no worries. just thought i'd check with you first.

Does this replace the black lower trim panel under the bumper cover? If so, I would be very intersted in a replica as well, since I have to get a new trim panel anyway.

Very easy !

We are located in Europe, Finland, A.I.R in US. We bought original from Sweden and we didn't have to pay any frieght charges because one of us flew to Sweden and picked the spoiler from Gothenburg airport. My friend works for a airline company, so almost no travel charges.
If we bought goodies from US the freight will be very expensive, then we have to add some customs fees and taxes. When we buy stuff inside EU, there won't be any additional charges.

We make usually one splitter / night. We have one mold. Raw material is quite cheap, so if you make for example 10 instead of 1 it won't drop costs at all

I was just looking on their website and it said $250. Where is it $200?

Now that I've found out the price of the stock 'batwing'($400 new, $150+used), I'm even more interested in a splitter.
