Any one know the estimate of buffering out the front end of our cars? Scratch marks about 2 feet wide, about 10 inches tall, and either removing a big dent or replacing the header panel.

thanks,
Ian

Got any pics? Even then it may be too hard to tell without looking at it in person. It depends how deep the scrathes are. I think you would just have to bring it to a bodyshop or dent removal place for an estimate.

noooo My guess was to get the dent removed would be about 100$, buffing and repainting is a whole differnt story. Im probably going to get 300-400$ from her

Did you get a bodyshop estimate? I'm guessing it will be more than $400.

Going down tomarrow hopfully. Thats why i want to get a new header panel because fixing the dent AND buffing it plus the bumper and head light work.. yeah it would be more like 600$ but hopfully with a new header panel the total will come to around 300-400$

DUDE! Next time you're going to bang a girl on the hood, make sure she's not fat enough to dent and scratch it!

I'm guessing 6 to 800. It's the paint prep etc that costs so much. Good luck!

The panel I have seen some on ebay for $ 199-250.00, preping and painting $ 300.00 about $ 450-550.00.

I had damage on the panels you showed in the pictures, plus the 1/4 panel and the hood and mine was ~1500. My damage was caused by a kid on his bike crashing into my parked car, so the damage is comprable to yours, just spread out over a bigger area.
