951 only starts when complety cool??

Turns out the 2 sensors behind the manifold were the culprits, I unplugged them and reaseted them and presto it turns on when its warm or cold!.
What are those sensors anyways?

I had to put Ty-Raps on both sensor connectors for the 83, they will come loose again if you don't. The male side of the plug gets cracked and makes bad contact. Glad you got it fixed.
