Default Question: Removing Doors

I'm finally finishing with priming and blocking and need to disassemble for final prep and painting. The car is on jackstands currently. If I remove the doors is there any risk of tweaking the car when lowering from stands or loading on a trailer? I'd know the answer(don't do it !) if it was an american car. Tia

I'm pretty sure it'll be fine if you're careful and don't ker-blam the car down off the stands like some people do. Just do it reasonably and all should be well. Remember, the body & chassis picks up all the flex - it doesn't use the doors as a structural part AFAIK.
