Jeff, the film industry, especially commercial & tv is at least as big if not bigger here than in toronto. If you get a good agent you should have no problem getting work here. We get a lot of advertising production companies in my hotel all the time. If you are at a slump between jobs there are lots of tourism industry jobs up here that can pay the rent in the meanwhile.

Rich the agent wont be a problem and Vancouver is definetly better to actors then in toronto. I never thought of getting into tourism industry on the side but your right there are a lot of opertunities to be had there if i think outside the box. Thanks for your input man.
So i guess i will play it by ear. and if i dont get offers were i would like to see them, then may be a road trip to the west coast wont be a bad idea...
