Default Low exhaust flow

Car is behaving oddly - idle, you can feel the exhaust coming out. If you rev it, no more exhaust !!

This was with the pipe disconnected aft of the turbo.

I'm getting 15 psi with the WG line completely blocked, so I'm losing something somewhere. Any ideas ?

how far are you from Lynchburg? If you want to have a wrenching session, let me know. I'd love to hook up and help. Not sure what it is, but i love to work on these puppies...I would say cat is blocked, but you said you have it unhooked after the turbo....

is the car getting enough input of air? is the intercooler or AFM/MAF clogged or blocked? If the car ris starving of air...then it certainly can't be putting much exhaust out huh?
