Just wondering if anyone has a SPEC clutch, stage I, II, etc. like Lindsey sells?
I am shopping and wanted some opinions on this.
Thanks to all in advanced!!

littlejt1, I have a new stage 1 in the box. If you decide to go this route, you can have cheaper than anywhere else..

I have the stage II, just installed recently (>1000 miles ago). I like it, but it takes a bit of getting used to. It's much harder to feather smoothley from a stop than the stock set up, but the pedal feel is great, not too heavy and not too light.

Got the Stage 3, with alu PP and alu FlyW. I got baaad shuttering! Used the clutch for almost a year now. But the feel of the clutch, and that its able to handle alot of torque is nice!

I have the stage 2. A little bit of chatter. When first installed pedal effort was same as stock, maybe even a little lighter.
Inexplicably, the pedal has become twice as hard after being parked for a weekend on ramps. No amount of bleeding has made it better. I don't know if this has anything to do with the Spec clutch but i'm inclined to think not.

Yeah it seems to get progressively worse the more stages you go up... Stage 1 may be a good option
I see someone has one for sale? Rennlist sponsor too!

I have Spec stage III with alu pp and fw. Works great, no shatter. I think mine works better than many others because I have new engine mounts. I think many of you out there with shatter should replace your engine mounts.

stage 3 lightened clutch / alum flywheel. lots of chatter. better than the engine mounts, replacing the tranny mounts will help a lot. replace the rubber ones with kokeln solid metal ones.

I have a lightweight Stage 3 with about 1,200 miles on it now (bought before the alu option but not fitted). I hope it wil settle down as it's pretty bad for juddering (which I guess is English for what you guys call chatter?).
Is a solid trans mount OK or is it really harsh? Dave Lindsey advised me against the solid engine mounts even for my track car because I drive it on the street a bit.
