Default Bad Vibration

Is there any thing other than the tires that could make the front end shake BAD? The wheels are brand new Mile Miglia turbo twist replicas (are they hub centric?). I replaced the 7.5x18 twists because they were bent and shook.

If the tires are out of round where can I get them shaved?

Wheel locks? I know a rennlister that was getting vibration at 55-60 mph, he replaced the locks with regular lug nuts like the rest and no more vibration.

How are front struts? mine were pretty much shot so a lot of $$$ went into the 'while you are in there' since the front struts would be removed.

Struts are fine (paragon/koni/ground control) and no lock nuts.

Can the hub go out of round, when I replaced the wheel bearings the grease looked really burnt and the race had gotten hot (slight discoloration)
