Mileage don't matter, maintenance do!
For $11K it should be mechanically and cosmetically excellent, or have a ton of expensive add-ons. You can get a very nice 951 with less mileage for that kind of money. Since it has a cage, it may have seen lots of track time. I'd inquire about the condition of the suspension.
