Default what is this sensor, and how do I fix it?

it's located under the cold start valve

it has the script:

boo
022 906 231

the wires are not severed but might be touching

Looks like the knock sensor to me... its a sensor that HATES poor connections as it creates "noise". They just use standard injector connectors from memory...

Agreed, a knock sensor, looks like you need a new conector soldered on.

Hey, isn't that the timing sensor for the exhaust bearings

EMC,
Where you having any hesitation symptoms at full throttle? My sensor wiring is cracked the same way and I was windering if the car is retarding timing due to that.
