Default Boost leak

I think I have a boost leak where the banjo bolt goes into the intake manifold between #3 and #4. What are my options? The insert turns almost like it is stripped. Can I JB weld around it?
The reason I think I have a leak is due to slow spool up and excessive hissing sound. Its not the sound you hear from the turbo sucking in air but more like air thats being forced out somewhere. I checked all of the ic pipes and j pipe connections as well as the various little vac lines and they all seem to be ok. The only thing I can't be sure about is that little banjo insert.

not sure what sizes pvc piping comes in in the USA but i found that 50mm was a snug fit for the intercooler connector, if you wanted to whip up an intake pressurizer to verify that leak. (pipe + end cap with bike valve).
