when I was asking about the Cardone axles, I'm looking online, not at autozone, advanced auto, napa, etc. So I'm not asking about local stores, just about the quality of the said axle.

Though I'm starting to think the rebuilt unit form 944online might be the way to go, if in fact they are new cv joints...
