Default my fog lights are shorting

They came on momentarily when i put in a new fuse before the fuse blew again. Any likely places where this short might be happening. man i've been hit with a wave of pesky little problems lately!
thanks

Look at the switch and then check the actual plug behind your bumper, those are the two most likely I can think of.

I pulled the fog lights and noticed that one of the positive wires to a bulb looked worn like it might of been shorting where it was resting against the springy wire frame that holds the bulb in. Bent it so that it doesn't touch and they're working fine again. From memory think they are 55watt bulbs, they look like the originals. The switch end looked fine.

PS For future reference does anyone know the mapping of fuses to the underside organization of the fuse box (can see a,b,c,d,e groupings etc).

thanks
