turbo valve springs
are the turbos valve springs better than the Na's?
since the rev up faster on boost they should have to deal with closing faster to avoid valve float right? im asking because my engine is due fro a bottom end rebuild...and do for new cam tower gasket. and while im there i wantto stop that annoying pinging and loss of power up high as my valves start to float around 6800-7000 rpm.
any after market valve springs?
thanks,
ashton

man, for being 17, you act like youre 12. i can also take right hand turns at 35 mph but i choose not to for prudency and safety's sake. by 7000 rpm youre straying from your power band anyway.

thats exactly why im asking about the springs? do you know or not....cause if not then why do you care?
dont turn a simple question into something big. its not like a go around and every shift hit 7k. it was joke. and on a more serious note in autocross its quite helpfull.

Better in what respect? They will apply more seat pressure at the turbo installed height and therefore more pressure on the nose of the cam at full lift. This will help with valve float. I use them in my 84 car with a Milledge head.
