Front end clicking noise

Front end clicking noise
whenever i turn the steering wheel it clicks. or if i come to stop and then starts agian its clicks.If i go around some coners its clicks. i think it might be rack & pinoin. Perhaps wheel bearings. HAs anyone ever had this prob before?
