Default Anyone know the Bosch part # for a 3-bar FPR?

So I maybe can find one at a local parts place instead of having to order one and pay for shipping and all that crap? TIA.

Jeff........
No, sure doesn't come with a FP gauge. You'll need to get that on your own. Various kits out there, or you can fabricate one yourself. Please let me know if you want it.......several guys are waiting...........you've got first crack at it.

# 87-88 BMW M5 S38 E28
# 87-88 BMW M6 S38 E24
# 83-85 BMW 318i Sedan M10 E30
# 87-91 BMW 325i Sedan M20 E30

I'm not a fan of rail mounted fuel pressure gauges, I think they are more for underhood dress-up. I'd suggest a test kit you can connect, set the pressure, and disconnect. With an adapter and some hose you can route the gauge (temporarily) to the cowl so you can check the fuel pressure at full wonk.

I actually have a cheapie oil pressure gauge I used for that test until a got a proper test kit.

Thanks - that'll work.

BTW what inspired this is I killed your cycling valve. Friggin' cheap-*** plastic piece of crap. I was working on that infernal wastegate bracket to the torque tube and apparently bumped the line enough where the intelligently-designed BRITTLE PLASTIC nipple snapped off (which had also happened on the old CV, which is why I had you send me that one in the first place. . . )

Anyway, I hate plastic underhood parts - idiotic. It has no place in an engine bay. So I just got a Accuboost and bypassed the cycling valve. I left it there just so the bracket didn't look dumb with nothing on it and it still has the line to the j-boot attached as well as the wire harness. One of these days I'll actually delete all that garbage and clean it up nice & pretty. Right now I just want to fix all the "little stuff" that needs fixing. Almost there. And it gave me an excuse to up the boost a little. . .
