How did you get to that little bastard ? Mine is between a brake line and the heat shield. Is there enough wiggle room, or is some disassembly required ?

Mine rotates too, figured it was "normal" since the car seems to be running just fine. Now I'm worried...

Every single one I've ever seen rotates (6 or 7 of them). I always thought it couldn't be right, it would appear I was correct. I think I may replace mine. I'm chasing a big vacuum leak right now, this could be it... Time to get the torch out to see if it's leaking.
