will this work with only custom chips, bigger Fuel Inject. and adj. fpr?
T04B 50 Trim w/ Stage 3 Wheel KKK #8 and still use stock j boot with mods and air flow meter?
and how much do custom chips usually run?

At 15 psi i am maxing out the stock AFM in the high 4K rpms from memory. So depending on what boost you run you could be moving more air and maxing out the AFM earlier. This is relevent to how accurately the a/f ratio can be controlled under WOT by the DME remembering that u have just the 8 or so WOT map values to tune with and once the load voltage flat lines that no longer would contribute.
You won't be getting to most out of the turbo but i suspect you know this already. I've thought about doing the same thing to save costs as a stepping stone.
IF u could get hold of ballpark timing maps that would be the key i think, then you either need a wideband and an eprom burner or would u outsource it to a dyno / tuner to do your chips?
