Question Subwoofer power into interior?

I am trying to get a subwoofer power cable through the grommet behind the battery. I have NO idea where it's coming out, though. I've read some threads in the archive and it apparently comes out somewhere behind the glove compartment, which makes sense, but is there any way to get to the wire then? Do I have to take the glovebox out? I've pushed several feet of wire in the hole, and have not been able to find it up above the passenger footwell. I don't know where it's going, and can only imagine that it's just getting curled up on top of the glovebox, and is inaccessable unless the box is removed. Any help, please?

remove the glove box, only takes about 5 min and you will see the wire. makes it easier to make things tidy as well.

Get on your back and you should be able to see it.

3 screws underneath it and 2-3 screws right as you open the box

The most difficult thing was getting that wire through, but after removing the glovebox it was a snap. It sounds good, but I think I need a couple 6x9s to go with it for the treble/mid.

Looks good!

I do want to find some color-matched carpeting to put over it somehow. Now that it's in, every time I look out to the car I expect to see this:
