Default Anyone used the Arnworx Boost pressure tester

Has anyone used the Arnworx boost pressure tester?

http://www.titanic.co.uk/cgi-bin/gal...7&intReqGall=2

I am using it to check for any boost leaks. I don't think I have, and I make a full 18psi with no problems, but at a recent Dyno the AFR graph showed me to be pretty rich. Fuel pressure is 3 bar and I'm using the Guru chipset

I have connected the Arnworx to the intercooler as pictured and used a spare tyre, an air compressor and a LARGE stirrup pump to pressurise the system. However it doesn't seem to pressurise at all. I can even pull the pipe off banjo bolt while pumping and no air comes out. What am I doing wrong? Its almost as if the intercooler is totally blocked

Is air coming out of the host that is connected
to the tyre. Don't forget that the tyre has an air
release valve which must be depress to release
air.

Doh!

Cheers Graham, my bad.

Plugging it in the input side of the I/C has shown that I have a tiny tiny leak through the TPS connected to the throttle
