If you spray some degreaser onto the concrete, let it soak for 5-10 minutes, maybe scrub it some, and repeat 3 or so times it gets 90% of it. That's what I did anyways.

TSP (tri sodium phosphate) works pretty well.

you can always rent a pressure washer after you have toally blackened have of the beaches area, and it will come off.

Carb cleaner. Spray and wipe with a paper towel immediately.

I just bought this thing of concrete cleaner in a jug from Autozone. If it is in the garage I just use some orange hand cleaner, but if it is the drive way, I just dump some of that and let it sit, wash it away and it does a decent job.

I use a commercial degreaser and put floor dry on top of it. Stain and degreaser are absorbed...just wait till dry and sweep up.

I knew I could count on ya! You destry the beaches and I'll destroy the river. What good citizens we are. BTW does NAPA or Pep BOys recycle engine fluids, and if so, must they be seperate?

I have no idea. Back home, we took our used oil to the city's transfer station. Don't know anything about that here. I was thinking about dumping it on a street in Westside. Seems an appropriate location.

muriatic acid - easy to find and is generally used to clean concrete.

Don't laugh, but i had some carpet stain remover left over. I used that to clean away my parking space (concrete floor as well). Spray some on, leave it for 1min or so, then just hose it off makes wonders!!!

im waiting until my new slave cylinder comes tomorrow to get messy - probably gonna make the oil problem worse haha. plus it keeps looking like its about to rain. i had lindsey overnight a slave.

btw elliott, my roommate just saw your avatar - both of them are huge gator fans. like ginormous. he wasnt very happy lol. o well, im a big 12 man! im indifferent. said you cant come over anymore haha.

you ever come downtown during the day? if youre anywhere near there (like within 10 miles) lets do lunch sometime

in the meantime, i get to drive a 2004 dodge ram 1500 crew cab with a *HEMI* (overrated). its nice to drive a big vehicle again, but i really miss having a decent transmission and having real throttle response. truck handles well and maneuvers well but the damn tranny and throttle are VERY weak points. i cant get over how oddly and inappropriately the transmission shifts.

o well, at least i found something to drive for the week!
