Use some heat from a torch next time, heat it really hot, turn the bolts while they are hot and they come right out...

Thats it i am not doing it. I'll wait until i have to buy the waste gate and the exhaust i want.

This happened to me. There is a lip on the inside of the pipe... separate them with a rubber mallet and a flathead.
