if you do a search you will see my initial design. I am off to the garden shop today to look for several smaller nozzles to make sure the whole IC gets nailed with water! On the dyno last week, and just spraying water on it after a run, the intake temp drop was 15 degrees C and gained 7WHP. And that was NOT spraying the water during the run!

Other than your set up posts, where are some good sources that you used to get educated about the use of h2o/intercooler?

 

Ummm you can try Corky Bell, he suggests it in his book. Aquamist, Cry02, Zex, for example all have some kind of IC cooling device, some ricer cars even come with them factory!

I am usig a VDO pump... you should also look up www.autospeed.com.au I think thats right. They have done some research as well, much more indepth too.

 

PS the beauty is its free HP. You dont ave to run an extra psi of boost to get it!
