How do I bleed the air from the coolant system, or better yet where ??

there is a bleed screw on the water pipe coming out of the front of the head. Loosen it and let the car run for a little until coolant starts coming out, make sure to have the heater on full.

It helps to raise the front of the car like on ramps to properly "burp" the air out of the system.

You may have to do this MULTIPLE TIMES. Depending on what you are doing, a lot of air can get in there. If the run the car, and it gets to the third line, pretty easily, don't jump the gun. You still have air in there. Don't ask how i know. Blown heater hoses can have some of the symptoms of blown head gaskets. For more info, and pics go to www.Clarks-garage.com.
