Whenever I get the car to boost I can smell coolant very strongly in the cabin. After 2 days of boosting it, the coolant tank was below the minimum level. I can check my oil, but I'm pretty sure that there is no milkshake. Any ideas?

You might have a little pressure in the coolant system under boost - pushing it out somewhere if your headgasket is tired.
