968 Temp Gauge

I have the control/display unit(waiting for the actual connector that goes into the back of it) From there It will go to the temp sensor in a Passenger side 968 mirror.
I just want to make sure I tap all the right wires etc..

Thanks
Pictures are always nice
Hey, yeah I spent a good few months looking for a wiring diagram! Sad to say I dont have one for your now. BUT I actually worked it out first time! Some of the wires are the same colour! in fact almost all... so you can figure it out I am sure... if not, I will rip to out and do a full pic thing for everyone for the future.

BTW I also have a dry turbo going in - they're so cheap these days they are almost disposable and so long as you cool them down before shutting off they'll last plenty long enough. It's almost worth running anti-lag for the hell of it.

Tial valve is very good! You will need to weld in the flange obviously, and it needs a decent air supply to actuate. It does give you that whoosh sound, but not that loud compared to some I have heard. I have deleted my water cooling as well, PM me if you need some info on it. I seem to get one a month or so on the topic. And I suspect I will be running a Link anti lag setup for the hell of it myself

White powder coat is VERY easy to keep clean, like incredibly. Nothing sticks to it. A million times easier than the stock manifold. Just a dust cloth sees it back to new condition, the only thing to you to remember is to keep black plastic from rubbing on it as it will mark.

Karl you copy cat! But damn it looks good.

I was going to do White powder coat on the pipe and manifold, but that black chrome is like sizzle dizzle hot

Also nz how does your car idle with out a by-pass... my car like wanted to self destruct today when i ran the bypass as a blow off

NZ, a blow off valve makes a cool sound, but the benefits of a diverter valve outweight this cool sound in my opinion....when the BOV releases the pressurized air, this creates a pressure differential which slows down the compressor speed considerably....and with the shaft speeds being as high as 150,000 rpms, slowing it down causes unnecessary shaft wear and can lead to damage

I tried the stock and LR bypass valves, both caused huge compressor surge with turbo... enter the benefits of the biggest BOV on the market!

Explain please. Where is the pressure differential you're refering to?
