Default FS: 3 sets of rims (CCW, Turbo Twist, phone dials)

Just sold my 1986 944 Turbo:

I am including all tires for free on all sets of rims below. I don't want to take the time to take off tires etc..... I feel tires help protect rims in shipping anyway.

$1700 with tires
- almost new CCW rims- Track classic polished style 17" x 9's & 10's
used 4 events (Near Perfect....one scuff mark)
(front Hoosiers Track S04 shot, newer Rear Hoosiers 275/40's S04's 60%)
cost me $2200 new without tires (Widest wheels you can fit without fender modifications)

$2500 with tires "Beautiful on Street"
- Turbo Twist 3pc 17" w/chromed lip 8's & 9's
new Fuzion ZR rated tires (75% tread or more)
cost me $3000 new without tires

$800
- 16" phone dials (all 4 are 8x16")
track hoosiers (70% or better life)
Perfect for auto-x or racing. These are the hard to find matching set of 4 8x16 set size!!!!
Tires alone cost me $800.

$350
Extra set Hoosier auto-x Tires for phone dials 245/45 (50% life)

Please email my AOL account below for prompt shipping and response:

'FROM" you have to have them custom built for the offset and 5x130 bolt pattern.

My CCW's cost $1840 brand new. 17X9. For 17X10's it would have cost.... $1840. For 17X11's it would have cost... $1840.

My point being... there's no way they cost $2200.

ninefiveone: Actually they did cost him that much, when he bought them that is. I saw them in person, and drove in his car at Hallett Raceway too.

As with anything, you can shop around and find lower prices. But regardless, I can personally say that are in excellent shape and absolutely gorgeous. If I was going to track my car now, I would but them in a heartbeat from him. I think they are hot looking!

P.S. Check the link under your sig, it doesn't work dude.

Rolex i have run into very very few incounters where a dealer sells a part for more money then the factory. That price was from the ccw website so my guess is that it would be cheaper if you found them at a dealer. But i guess they might cost more for the different bolt pattern and offset??

driv200mph where you at?

TurboX: Very good point. And honestly, I dont know. You could absolutely be right. I was just being honest in saying that I know what he paid for them and that they are in excellent shape, thats all my friend.

I paid $2226.00 in October 2003 for a set of 17x9 and 17x10 CCW race wheels with gunmetal centers. This price also included a set of 275/35/17 Kumho Victoracers for my rear wheels and total shipping.

Rolex, thanks for the headsup on my sig. I'll fix that.

You're right. He may have paid $2200 for them new, but if so, he got taken. CCW classic track wheels are available all day long from CCW for $1800 in his exact configuration. $1840 with anodized centers. Any offset, porsche bolt pattern.

Ian, I'm a little confused. Why would a dealer charge less for a CCW wheel than CCW themselves?
