clutch randomely gets stuck

When i go to push it it just gets stuck in the up position...its almost as if its hitting something. Master cylinder maybe?

What clutch is in your car? Sounds like when one of the springs broke in my clutch. I had the clutch with the 8 small springs. The cup clutches have the 4 big ones that are not supposed to break.

I wouldn't let only 10,000 miles rule out throwing one of the 6 inner little springs. They don't need to actually break to sneek out and get caught in the works.
You didn't drop anything down the bellhousing inspection hole did you? I wouldn't think the hydraulic cylinders would stick tight, so it must be either the pedal linkage or something in the clutch. Could also be a problem with the clutch fork.
In any event I wouldn't push on the pedal too hard as people have been known to bend or crack the clutch fork and that isn't a cheap part.
