Default 944 T MODS NEED HELP!!

I just installed the Autothority MAF kit and chips in an 86 944 Turbo. Car runs great, but will not return to idle without dying. I've replaced the bypass valve, O2 sensor, and upgraded to a 3 bar fuel pressure regulator. Autothority's solution is to buy $600 worth of new chips. Kit and chips worked fine in the Guy's car I bought it from. Any advice?

I had the same problem, not quite as bad as you are experiencing, but my car would "lose" the idle when coming to a stop. This worked for me: Turn the MAF sensor itself, like rotate it 10% (an inch or so) at a time, and try that. Also check the fuel enrichment ****, if you have it too much to the left, it drops the idle. If all that fails, check www.clarks-garage.com for the idle adjustment procedure. Maybe your idle is just off. And I thought the ape chipset is programmed for use with the stock FPR?

Sounds like a vacuum leak, check all your hose clamps.
