>>Who are the genius officials questioning this?
Special Tool,

As one of the "genius officials" questioning por9146gt's car, I may as well chime in. I suspect that in any "stock" series, if you are smoking the field, the scruts are going to take a hard look at any non-standard part. The owner/driver should expect it. If you were one of the smokees, you would expect officials to assure a level playing field. In PCA racing, the burden of proving legality is on the owner. That can be difficult with a low production volume car. That's why por9146gt was advised to gather documentation, which he appears to be doing now.

Additionally, you seem to have missed the point that it was an adjustable regulator, which could be used to optimize fuel pressure. Perhaps you believe the stock pressure was perfectly optimized for all situations?

por9146gt is a nice guy, a great driver, and he has a really cool car. I'm glad to see he's getting his information together so he can enjoy his racing weekends without too much hassle.

West - that's cool. But you know, because I have to obey the rules when I put cars together, I generally think you guys are a pain in the ***.

Same old story.

yes that would be great
I am thinking of selling my turbo and try to get a real turbo cup, but until then I would love it to be as legal as possible.
Thank you

Hey West, it was great talking to you that weekend, you were very professional and took care of business in a pleasant way, and I for one appreciate it.
Just came back from Pueblo motorsports where we ran the 914-6 GT (my first love) in the trans am invitational with the vintage association and had a great time, try and come on up to Pueblo and bring your car for the club race

"you can also cheat by taking a stock 2.5 bar and slightly crush it in a vice to increase pressure to 3bar.
Easy to do and hard to catch"

Damn Wilson! That's NASCAR dirty! Sweet! Great idea! and funny as hell
