Default Boost Gauge & Wideband?????

I am looking into boost and Wideband gauges for my car.

I think that I would like to mount them in the a pillar. Now my question is the Lindsey racing gauge pod holds 2 1/6" gauges. Does anyone have a recommendations on where to look for gauges and who makes gauges that match(backlight colors etc.) the stock ones.

No one. There are VDO gauges which are close though.

You'll also find it hard to fit a wideband in there with a matching gauge. There are only a few companies who do WBO2 in a 2-1/16" gauge, but not many. There is also (don't remember where though) a converter for narrowband autometer gauges. Google it.

IIRC, egauges.com has the VDO range.

The VDO gauges that look close are the Vision series.

For a boost gauge does it come with the sensor and everything?

You don't need a sensor. It comes with a length of pipe that you need to T into an existing vacuum line. Whether the T is included, I dunno. I bought Autometer and changed my main dials to match!

I did a similiar setup to tonyg (see link below) with respect to positioning of a digital wb02 gauge. Can see boost, a/f and the road at the same time. If you can't see the a/f with eyes up then you may as well get a removable solution like the LM http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products.php and just plug it in while tuning.

Tech edge have a new 52mm gauge in the works http://www.wbo2.com/la01/default.htm , zeitronics might have something in development from memory also. I'm running the tech edge 2b0 with the older ld01 display. works great.

It a pain to get matching stuff.

I am going to go with the new turbo XS setup.

it uses their new "tuner" + Dtec setup which includes a wideband and allows you to adjust your MAF output in real time.

Its nice and pipes it all though a Gameboy advance for a nice clean simple install

For the wideband... with an output on a standard 2"1/16 afr gauge, look at the WEGO2-SYS-NB here (i bought it but didn't installed yet)

summit racin has nome gauges as well. I use a vdo boost gauge and the autometer narrow band.
I have heard that the autometer boost gauges are not as accurate as vdo.

Ok I think I got a good start.

I ordered my turbo and MAF Friday. Tim said that it should ship this coming Friday.

I pulled my intake off Saturday and the Vacuum lines to my WG and BV were both broken so I guess that neither of them were working previously.

I am excited now.

Below you'll see:
  • Innovate Wideband analog gauge ($50 accessory to the wideband unit.)
  • VSO 30in.hg.-0-25psi boost gauge.
  • Innovate Wideband main box (comes preassembled and ready to go.)
  • APEXi Super-AFC.

And yes my clock works. And no you can't have it.

Right now it doesn't because the battery is dead.

So which AF is better the Innovative or the Daytona.

Dark Lightning you want to chime in on your experience with your setup?

Anyone have the WEGO and what are the pros and cons?
