I've not had bad experiences with UPS - I do prefer FedEx for better Ground rates, but I've never had a problem with either of them, parts get there in good shape on time every time. DHL has been days slower for the same "level" of service (Ground, 2-day, overnight) each time I've tried them.

Out of I believe 5 or 6 packages shipped to one address, UPS got 1.5 right on the first try. Theyve cost me money and have lost my business forever if I can avoid them.

UPS bites dust, big time. The standard local postal service, both the USA and the UAE, are FAR much more reliable and faster than that of UPS.

As a matter of fact, i just sent a momo hub to a rennlister. Costed $30 and took like 3 days? local service.......

FedEx is a good second place after the local services, UPS is NOT even on my "list" LOL.

The longest Lindsey has taken to send ANYTHING (and that includes a full exhust system!) to me is 5 days. And that includes going through Customs (which can be a PITA). I pressed the enter button on my keyboard, and had a fuel rail set on my desk in 36 hours.

I've never ever had a problem with them.

I think it's the conclusion here that LR is NOT the problem and the carrier is...so....how about editing the title to this "thread starter" cause I think the cart was put before the horse as they say.

Well...again, Dave has a great company, and things got resolved.

I agree and it is now apparent, DHL just plain sucks!!
