A Scots boy came home from school and told his mother he had been given a part in the school play. "Wonderful," says the mother, "What part is it?" The boy says "I play the part of the Scottish husband!" The mother scowls and says: "Go back and tell your teacher you want a speaking part."

DSM's are broken more than 944's in my experience!
No, I don't think it does.
Wow, posts number 6 and 7 (as well as others)... I think Rennlist is hitting an all-time low for members being ******** to new members.

Royalty.... what does the Talon have in it? I've had plenty of friends who modified them without motor/tranny faulure. I'm not sure why everyone puts them down besides the fact that they are missing 7 magical letters on the hood.

From Nawfolk, Vagina, huh? I'm down there right now too at ODU.

Let's see, I said in my experience. It wasnt a malicous comment, it was what I see to be a fact, judging by the percent of downtime my cars see, vs DSM's that my friends own. *** hole? I think not. But I could be one, how's this.

Welcome to rennlist, your 944 looks nice, but I'm not a fan of crank walking, exploding, poorly built DSM's. Seeing as how you posted in the turbo forum, you're gonna get a bunch of us bitching and complaining and probably jacking your thread AS YOU DIDNT POST IT CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Is that more friendly for you FSAE?

Thanks for th ecompliment and yours looks nice as well. But do me a favor and try to hide ur ignorence of DSMs before you post "facts" about them.

Crankwalk is a prpblem limited to the 2nd gen or 7bolt dsms. Mine is a 1st gen 6bolt (no such thing is crankwalk) My dsm has 107k on the clock and the tranny is still in great shape, the problems you are referring to are done by the kidiots who think the dsm is bulletproof and try to launch it at 7k rpm. WTF do u think is gonna happen?

The most of the pissing and moaning was about the dsm and the new yorker. Oh well **** 'em, the dsm is pretty bad ***. Maybe the fact that I can work on my own car or that I have a better $ to hp ratio upsets some people. I'm just happy to have a porsche and glad to be here.

Thanks man, but I heard rumor of the attitudes of some of the members. It doesnt bother me I'm thick skinned.

You should be thankful that the way we pronounce "Norfolk" around here was not graphically emphasized.
