Todd, call around and ask the local Sunocos in Orlando. One probably carries it. I could only find one in Jax. There's probably more, but I have only found one place total.

4.59 here in fla. Ouch! 78 bucks for 17+ gals. It does run a hell of a lot better thought. BTW, some guy in a freaking old vw bug tried to jump me at a light. Not good for him, after I rolled away smoothly and then stomped the throttle.

Call 76 Performance Products. They will fax you a list of stations or shops that carries race fuel. 1-714-694-1286. They will even provide a chart to mix 91 octane and 100 octane

Here in France for 1 gallon (3.78 liters) we currently pay $5,93 (4.54 euros) and this is for street gas with 88/98 octane (RON/MON), so approx. the same as 93 octane in USA

98 RON (93 Octane) is @ US$1.41 per gallon here, 104 RON (100 US Octane) is $2.39 per gallon but illegal to use on street cars, only at the track.

Bummer for you it's illegal. It's fun stuff. You may be able to get 114 VP in five gallon jugs at a performance shop -- that is not street legal here either, but people buy it in jugs at bike shops, etc. -- for track days only of course.

BTW, gas in the states is probably close to that price when you strip out all the taxes we piled on to the price of our gas!

93 is around $2.20-$2.30 in northern NJ right now. Sunoco 94 is $2.30-$2.45. Gas is the one thing that we get cheaper than most of the rest of the country up here. Of course, in NJ, you have to make sure that the Gomer pumping your gas (it's full service only) doesn't dribble any down the side or chip the paint.

Tom: Last year, 98 RON (93 US Octane) costed US$ 1.08 per gallon. We never "really" had race gas, it was all "104 Octane Booster" stuff that you add to the 98 RON etc.......

Ironically, it is legal to have 104 Octane booster in the fuel tank, but illegal to fill up the tank with 104 at the track and drive on the street........don't ask me, it's just weird.
