just started to re-assembly the TB with the arnnworx seal kit. According to instructions ther should be 2 o-rings at the throttle cable side and 1 at the TPs side. I could only get enough rom for 1 at the Tcable side, but on the TPS side there is enough freeplay to install 1 more o-ring at the other side of the pin bearing.. Is the instructions wrong ? ( this is the replacing o-rings for the seal inside the bore. ) ??

Jan Ove, you can always email Bruce at BruceArnn@ArnnWorx.com. He should know what to do! Havent been able to install mine yet so I cant answer.. Looking good so far except the o-ring?

I noticed the same thing, I just think the instructions are wrong so I assy with 2 on the TPS side
and 1 on the throttle side.

Yes. There are 2 o-rings on one of the sides. Cant remember wich
one at the moment. You will se it whene you take the old one out.
Be sure that the spring on the trottel cabel side is corect on.
This is an god set for the worn o-rings. My vacum vas about 18, and
now its 19.

it goes Oring, bearing, oring. so the second oring is on the inside of the whole.

There was only 1 seal on both sides when I took it appart.. They where very brittle so I`m guessing the last one has been there at some time.

awilson40, do you remeber if you had a sealing metal ring at the inside of the pin bearing at the throttle cable side ? ?



I`l send an e-mail to Bruce and ask him if it`s a mix up in the instructions . .. just to be sure..

I've had this in my sig for quite some time and you are the first to comment on it
BTW, 'Understanding Wife' is sold seperately and only available in limited quanities and in a limited area. After hearing guys at work talk, I think I have the only one in this area
But I really dont think I have tested her limits either.

A bit of update..

Got this mail from Bruce at arnnworx, hope he dosen`t mind

"Janove, have been looking through photos this morning that seem to support what you're saying, 1 on the cable and 2 on the TPS side ( Plus the secondary o-ring that mounts on the TPS). Here are the photos. I will need to get a turbo throttle body opened up to be sure though. Here are the photos... It looks like you are correct and I need to make a revision though. Thanks...Bruce
