I have an 86 944t with a none lsd tranny. I changed the diff oil yesterday and used castrol hypoid c which had been recommended. I took the car for a drive and after about a hour or so of driving I noticed a clicking noise coming from the drivers side wheel area. I limped the car home let it set over night and decided to look for the problem. I took the car down the road and heard no noise. Yesterday when it made the noise it only did it under load. It would not do it will coasting or under very light throttle any ideas will be helpful.
