You will thank me for it later!

Awesome! Will do.
I unbolted or loosened all the hotside bolts. It comes closer but is still hitting something. I removed it yet again and filed down the back of the compressor plate that I thought was hitting the mount. Well, I got about 1 thread from the bolt into it. So I'm going to back to file down a little more and it should fit. But that really confuses me because I thought that the T04B was a bolt on, o well. Back to work.

Someone mentioned it earlier, but I'll repeat. I would bet 100 bucks that you are hitting one of the indexing bolts from the cold side on the turbo mount. You need to remove that bolt and grind about half of the head down. I had to do the same with my B.
Danno, on your Racer's X site you mention that you left off the down pipe to block bolt because it didn't line up any more. I thought some modifications were required to get it to line up. I've left mine off now for some time.

It was the compressor housings back plate, not the bolt. I just filed it down and walla.

The best way I can explain it is that I filed down the back of the compressor plate. There is a small ring that protrudes a little and I ground it flat. It fits now.
And I am not sure of anything at this point.
