Default black smoke - ideas?

so i blow black smoke out the back when i get on the gas. running rich, obviously. sometimes, if everything goes right, it "burps" and misfires and sends a giant poof of black out the back. once it happened with a motorcyle right behind me anyway. i know my vacuum lines are screwed up, but i was wondering if there's anything else i should check. i'm in the process of getting new vacuum lines and redoing the whole vacuum system. can you think of anything i should check quick?

You could check fuel pressure, but i guess vaccuum is screwing with that too.
Are u running the correct boost for your chips?

It could be the oxygen sensor too. But the vacuume lines are cheaper and probably need to be done anyway, so as others have said, start there.
