Aug. 94 Excellence Pasha Belt Article

Anybody have a scanned version of the Pasha article in Excellence on tensioning the timing and cam belts? I'm curious he he listed the same tension spec's as clark's garage. Or... can anyone point to something from Porsche confirming the 3.5+/- .5 b/s spec.
