Well you could boost the hell out of it and probably get it. But its not a long term strategy.

At least a test pipe to lower spool up time.

so withi 93 octane pump gas (that's as high I can get here) what kind of boost would I be able to safely run? And how much power *should* that make?

I guess I just need to see more dyno graphs telling me the gas used and how much boost.... but then I'd probably just be disappointed to see 320rwhp on a reasonable 18psi with 93 octane and I'd just decide to leave it alone... right?

not that 320 to the wheels is not a nice improvement, just not as nice as the website makes it look.

danny951, do a search.. Stage 2, 1bar boost on 93oct gas will make anywhere from 310-325 at the wheels... Peak numbers are useless, you want a broad area under the curve...

Pull back timing, run few more psi and scare yourself!! Add some Race gas and see what your car can do...

danny....we really need to get together soon. I could talk you to death about turbo's as thats all I have been researching these past few months trying to figure out where I want to take my cars powerband and peak numbers to given the head isint ported and likely will never be.

I think 340-350rwhp on 17-18psi with ideal tuning and timming curve is very easily possible on the stage 3 turbo. Given ofcourse that you have everything else already done to your car. Anything above 360-370ish rwhp is where the good race gas and higher boost levels come in.

Pm me your number and we can gtg next week sometime or something. I have been wanting to take some photo's and video of your car anyways. We could post it up on the board it would be fun.

I would give away 20hp for a more progressive torque curve.

I would also give away 30hp if I can run 15psi instead of 18psi for longevity sake.
