Eyal, your engine bay is mint by the way! nice job, the vacuum manifold is very nice too! If you have the stock bypass valve, just call Jeff at Sunset and get an OEM part! If not, and you want some bling, Samco sell angled bends, you just need to tell them the dimensions.

I have the evo BOV/Diverter valve, (the blinging thing next to the expansion tank)
The engine bay is even mintier now, I put on my black PC'd strut brace, and my coil is now polished (can't really see it though) Thanks for the compliment on my engine bay, the same goes for yours, it's very nice.

Work in progress! I am thinking of coating my Racing Dynamics strut brace. Not sure which colour though! Ideas? White? Black?

not white and not black... but anything else would be too bright... hmm. Maybe gunmetal or anthracite?

Maybe gunmetal with "Porsche" in white text? along it? Or "turbo"?

Cool vacuum lines

I have a mixture of Red and Black with my Red car.
I have a Man boost controler that I hooked up to the WG. I ran the lines with different colors so I could track them down easier

It looks OK (I think) and it's functional.
Lindsey's black/red hose kits are reasonable.

I replaced all the vac lines w/ red lines last year, not so much for the bling factor, but for the simple fact that everything is already black, so having something that *isn't* black makes it a lot easier to trace when you're peering into the crevasses of the engine bay.

I used Samco, kinda pricey, but very nice stuff. I did do a wire tie at each connection, but it's probably not necessary. Also, using black wire tie on red hose has made visually checking connections easier then checking the oil.

What I would really like to do, but don't think it's possible at this point, would be to color-code all the lines - blue for coolant, red for vacuum, etc. Sort of an industrial theme.
