If this is the total extent of your mods, you are running way lean. You need at least a 3.0 bar FPR. When you say Danno added some fuel (via the fuel mapping on the chip), is he aware you have the stock FPR?

Sorry, I should have included that with the chips. Yes, I do have a 3 bar FPR (came with chips).

You should have set the fqs to 2 deg. ignition retart
just to be safe. I beleive those features are mapped
into all GURU chips via FQS adjustment.

Ok, got word back from Tom (Charlesworth, my mechanic) a few minutes ago, and he said he's suprised the head gasket hadn't failed way before it did. He said it was the worst looking one he'd seen, and it crumbled to pieces while holding it in his hands. Everything looks ok, but we're going to go ahead and have the head ported and decked (bringing compression up to about 8.25:1).

Silly question but why increase the compression? earlier boost? better off-boost?

What were you running before (red curves)? I assume it was not stock since the numbers are a little higher than typical for stock.

Well, I'm really not sure, but my guess is Autothority. There are no obvious names on the chips, and I haven't felt like bothering to try and track them down. Looking at the previous A/F curve though, it looks very similar to other Autothority graphs I've seen.
