Better switch that front plate out before Arlington, Fuzz gets a hold of you.
That is just the excuse they need to pull over a 51..has happened to two of my fellow Arlingtonites with Red 51's. No reason but that and then it was -look at inspection, and registration stickers..etc..

i know... and right now i have no stickers on it whatsoever.. haha... i love the porsche front plate though, so I'll leave it until they tell me not to 
even then, it's dismissed as soon as you comply!
cool you live in arlington, too. we'll have to meet up. I'm taking it to Istook's this weekend probably for a couple minor things so he can get to it early next week. Then I'm probably going to do the IceShark light upgrade and find some 968 mirrors/handles and then a front air splitter and turbo rs wing!

Hey, where in Arlington do you live? I visit often, as I'm in the military, but next time I'm in town, I'd like to get together with some Arlington Rennlisters! I'm from the Grn. Oaks/I-20 area.

John, yeah it was nice to meet someone from the list in person. I got a cruise control sensor/computer and a new sunvisor for $25... probably could have paid less, but I wasn't too worried about it. sounds like you got a nice steal!
I saw you talking to your father about the center caps.. i would have bought them, but needed all 4 so just figured someone else could use them, and that's not big item on my project list yet!

yeah I decided not to buy the center caps because I got so much else to buy! lol.
I came so close to buying that sparco seat. w/harness. I am going to go corbeau I think though...besides he wanted too much.
I had the new shocks and console on the car in like 10 minutes flat after getting home...hehe.

I'm still sniffing down my vacuum leak.. think i found it though and I hope that's all it was... then I'll put in the cruise computer.. sure would have been nice to have on the way down from Tulsa! Nah, this way if I go up to Lindsey I'll have it...
btw.. Tom C didn't mention the cruise not working either... did he even drive the car?????

Yeah I will be making a trip up to lindsey in the next few months again so if you want we can roll together. Its just right off of the freeway.
I need to call dave and talk to him about my clutch problems. How many hrs labor is it to do the clutch? 18-20?
I might have him ship the clutch here and then have perry do it. I got so much on my plate right now I just havent had the time. Today marks the first time I drove the car this week. It sits now more than it get's used since its so far from being done.
