And, this might be a good time for some Redline gear oil in the transxle. I used it in the tranny of my BMW motorcyle, which had a clunky ("they ALL do that") shift, and now no more clunky. Every other Beamer guy I know who's used Redline loves it.

Swepco 201 is the stuff, I like redline for gl-4 applications, but Swepco is IT for Porsches.
