Well, Don Istook is now looking over the car and will diagnose accordingly. It may be the CV or could be injectors as the guys above have suggested. I've already replaced the FPR so it's not that (but could have been). And I'm sure several other things fuel related could cause the same problem.
I keep the thread updated though cause I'm sure others can benefit

well thats the thing...it will prolly be late and at night. I know you prolly have work in the morning and since you would have to leave then and still head home. I assumed you prolly wouldnt be able to make it.
I will pm you details when I have something nailed down though. Crizo is a pretty good photographer and has so many cool little outta the way sites to take photo's at. The backdrops just look amazing at night with the lights.
They make great backgrounds for your car. So I contacted him because I want some really killer shots of my car. I need a new sig. hehe.

Alright, got a call from Don, and he is seeing the timing is advanced about 2 degrees over the max spec at idle and 2500rpm. He also said at 4000rpm the ign timing is 41 degrees which he feels is a little agressive. The result? The car is running lean and he checked the spark plugs and they do show signs of detonation.
I told him the car still has the stock chips as far as I know (haven't put the guru's in yet) and he checked the fuel pressure and it's running around 44#'s (have the 3bar fpr) so that's okay. He put in some new plugs and checked ox sensor voltages as well as afm voltages which were right on the money. That's it for today really, he's going to work at it some more Monday. Just wanted to update you guys.

Well if you were running 41 ignition degrees advance, which is arond 51 total advance, on boost. Then your knock sensor would be going mental and timing would hopefully be pulled from the system. You would be detting VERY badly at that point...

so that would explain why my CV is telling my KLR to pull ignition back and my boost back, right. And that's why it would be bad to just pull my CV!

A link knock block is a neat wee tool that plugs into the knock sensor and allows you to output the signal to headphones. So you can hear what the knock sensor picks up, not just an algorithum that the software interprets. So the timing I have set has ZERO detonation at all on pump gas.
