I am putting the tray back in after getting a new LSD and just noticed that the plastic tube that is inside the tray bell housing (has the shifter link going through it) wasn't there. I have another one but for the life of me I can't see why it is needed. Maybe I am overlooking something...what does this part do? Anyone else leaving it off?
