I've been using the metal masters from paragon since October. They cost about $33/axle and I have no squeel, a lot less dusting than with the standard pads, and no complaints about performance.

I agree - I've used Metal Masters since I've owned my car (about 2 years now) and I have no complaints about them either. Relatively inexpensive, and they seem to perform very well for me. Probably not the best track pads, but definatly good for street driving.
